Tumi Staffing is the nation’s leading Hospitality Staffing provider. We focus on resorts, full service and select service brands, and develop long-term solutions with our hotel partners.

We are hoteliers with over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, and understand the needs of hotels in developing reliable and cost effective long term staffing solutions.

Tumi Staffing was formed in 2005 as in response to the need for hospitality staffing in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina, where the influx of hurricane refugees created an urgent need for additional hotel staff.

Based in San Antonio, Texas, Tumi Staffing provides hospitality staffing to cities throughout Texas, and has recently begun to expand throughout the southeast in response to requests from some of our staffing partners with multiple locations.

Having served as Executive Housekeeper with the award winning luxury Wynfrey Hotel at the Galleria in Birmingham, Alabama, as well as the Historic Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina, Robbins knows firsthand what a difference the right staff can make in quality and service delivery.

Joana Marie Manching joined Tumi Staffing in 2012 as administrative assistant, and quickly grew into taking on more responsibilities.

She now is responsible for coordination of our Strategic Sales Efforts, as well as External Surveys, and Daily Reporting for our full-service resort properties.
